LOGISTICS AND CUSTOMER SERVICE COORDINATOR WANTED – LÉVIS

We are currently looking for a Logistics and Customer Service Coordinator to join our great team at our Lévis office! The successful candidate will be responsible for providing top-quality customer service by coordinating various road transport requests. More specifically, they will:

  • Coordinate trips and appointment scheduling

  • Reach out to clients

  • Optimize truck utilization and minimize empty mileage

  • Enter orders into the computer system

  • Be proactive in informing clients of delays and finding solutions when issues arise

  • Perform any other related tasks
