Description

*Position to be filled immediately*

We are looking for someone with previous experience working with a CNC cutting table. If you are looking for a challenging job that allows you to combine -production, development, and optimization, here are the challenges you'll face:
-Read and interpret technical drawings
-Program tool paths for cutting parts (from scratch or from customer-provided drawings)
-Determine the appropriate tools to use for cutting or drilling depending on the material
-Optimize production cycle times
-Test and participate in continuous improvement projects
-Ensure the proper operation and maintenance of the machine.
-When necessary, assist the production team with various related tasks in different departments

• DEP in machining, CNC or equivalent
• Knowledge of 2D / 3D programming software
• Computer skills
• Manual and meticulous work
• Good physical fitness, resourcefulness and manual skills
• Mechanical skills and ease with units of measurement
• Autonomy and initiative
• Conscientiousness work, excellent team spirit, mutual help, joviality and assiduity
• Experience in forklift driving - an asset
