If accounting cycles and financial statements hold no secrets for you, and you enjoy understanding the “why” behind the numbers, join our team as an Accounting Technician.
You will play a key role in full-cycle bookkeeping and monthly financial follow-ups, working closely with management.
Your responsibilities
- Maintain full-cycle accounting and bookkeeping
- Prepare monthly financial statements and participate in month-end closing
- Manage accounts payable and receivable
- Perform bank reconciliations
- Prepare tax filings (GST/QST) and government remittances
- Participate in payroll processing and support management with required follow-ups
- Contribute to the improvement of accounting and financial processes
Profile we are looking for
- College diploma (DEC) in accounting or equivalent experience
- 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar full-cycle role
- Strong autonomy, excellent prioritization skills, and attention to detail
- Ability to understand and explain financial data
- Team player with initiative
- Knowledge of Acomba software (an asset)
