Specifically, your responsibilities will include:  

Supervising and coordinating the work of branch partners; 

Reconciling major accounts; 

Entering accounts payable into the system in a paperless environment; 

Following up with the purchasing team as needed; 

Preparing payments in accordance with internal controls; 

Managing corporate credit cards; 

Participating in the accounts payable automation project; 

Collaborating in the development of management information and company performance; 

Being a partner in all areas of the accounting cycle on improvement projects.

Your spoken and written English is at least intermediate level, as you will need to use it in your dealings with suppliers. 

 



What we are looking for in you: 

You have a vocational diploma or college diploma in accounting or relevant experience. 

You enjoy guiding and coordinating the work of a team. 

You are organized, versatile, and independent. 

You like to take initiative and come up with solutions. 

You are proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Teams, SharePoint). 

Your spoken and written English is at least intermediate level, as you will need to use it in your dealings wit
