In this strategic role, you will be responsible for managing, optimizing, and developing all activities related to the dealership’s financial services, while ensuring a high-quality customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement financial strategies aimed at increasing sales of financial products and services.
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and the company’s internal policies.
Work closely with sales teams to identify and propose financing solutions tailored to customer needs.
Train, mentor, and support staff on financial products and best sales practices.
Analyze financial performance and produce reports for management, including trends and opportunities for improvement.
Manage and maintain strong relationships with financial institutions and partners to optimize financing offers.
Required Qualifications:
At least two years of experience in financial services or sales, ideally in the automotive industry.
Excellent knowledge of financial products and sales techniques.
Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment and manage effectively multiple priorities simultaneously.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proven team spirit and the ability to motivate, mentor, and develop talent.
