The Logistics Coordinator is responsible for logistics related to the receipt and shipment of raw materials and finished products.

Key responsibilities
- Ensure that logistics management is properly implemented and understood by those directly involved in its implementation and monitoring
- Recommend the optimal mode of transportation; we deliver throughout Canada and worldwide
- Prepare shipping documents world wide.
- On a regular basis, analyze transportation costs and always choose the best balance of price and service;
- Ensure that orders are ready on time and communicate with carriers
- Resolve issues related to transportation, logistics, imports and exports, and customers;
- Ensure that transportation companies follow procedures and policies
- Coordinate with the Receiving/Shipping Supervisor regarding the arrival of raw materials;
- Coordinate our trucks and drivers
- The Logistics Coordinator will verify that tasks related to receiving and shipping are properly completed and that HACCP/SQF documents are kept up to date;
