Description
Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday
Salary: 50-55k per year, according to experience
Location: Montréal, Quartier des spectacles
Job responsibilities:
• Work with and support the VP Sales to maximize sales by researching the customer’s historical financial history and by using any customer proprietor information, tools, or technology to provide timely analysis which will allow the Sales Executive to make offerings of competitive and quality product lines to our retail clients and ensure timely shipping to maximize sell through.
• Prepare, maintain, and analyze appropriate Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) sales and merchandising reports, Internal:
- Monthly budgets and forecasts by Client
- Daily and Weekly actuals and forecast recaps – in season.
- Retail List, de-list, and re-list reports.
- Monitor Deliveries and on time product flow.
- Prepare, analyze, and file retail report cards.
o Sales
o Margin
o Inventory Levels
o In-Stocks
o Identify opportunities and make recommendation on action.
- Be familiar with AP’s, Schematics, Planograms and Modulars
- Proof and correct all Electronic Excel Work Sheets and/or Information.
• Support the Account Executive in:
- Meeting deadlines.
- Providing financial support in Customer meetings
- Notes for Customer minutes in Customer meetings
- Project coordination
- Customer follow-up and reporting
• Support the Buyer and Replenishment Retail Teams in:
- Meeting deadlines.
- Preparation of pro-active sales and inventory analysis / reporting:
o Scorecards
o Seasonal Ladder Plans
o Inforem reporting
o MABD monitoring
o All other requests from Buyers and / or Replenishment Teams
Work environment
Requested skills
• Secondary 5 completed.
• Fluent in English, intermediate in French
• Analytical, with a high attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
• Able to meet deadlines in a very demanding, high energy and dynamic environment.
• A strong team player that can interface with team members and co-ordinate workloads to get the desired results.
• Manage time by prioritizing and planning work.
• Proactive, individual contributor and able to multi-task and anticipate changing customer needs and take appropriate action to support the sales executive in meeting these needs.
• Customer service skills
• Proficient and Advanced computer skills in the following formats.
• Microsoft Navision
• All Microsoft Office environments
