Description
Assignment:
- Full-time 1.0 FTE temporary replacement teaching position
- This position will be for the RAMS Learning Experience Program, also referred to as an In-Reach Program. A variety of grade 10-12 courses are offered within the program.
- Duties to commence February 10, 2026 and will continue until April 10, 2026, with the possibility of extension
Qualifications:
- Experience teaching in an alternative type setting, providing academic interventions, and experience teaching high school Mathematics and Science courses
- Excellent organizational skills
- Ability to manage a multi-course classroom
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Willingness to work in a team-oriented learning environment and be a positive team member
- Ability to utilize varied instructional strategies and to differentiate in order to meet a wide range of individual needs
- Experience with the Collaborative Response Model would be considered an asset.
- Commitment to ongoing professional development
