Description
Assignment:
- Part-time 0.50 Educational Assistant position
- Providing educational support to students in a one-on-one and classroom environment
- Monday through Friday 8:00 AM to 11:30 AM
- Duties to commence September 16, 2025 and will continue for the remainder of the 2025/2026 school year
Qualifications:
- Literacy and Numeracy background would be considered an asset
- Experience and/or training as an Educational Assistant
- Willingness to work in a team-oriented learning environment
- Experience working with students with complex needs
- Effective oral and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and a positive personality
- Calm and patient approach to solving problems and assisting with coregulation
- Background and/or experience with complex behavioural needs
