Position Overview:
The Sourcing Operations Analyst has responsibility to drive the execution of global sourcing strategy related to specific merchandising categories. They are responsible for vendor and product onboarding, with a focus on providing accurate and timely communication to ensure programs are implemented within a specified timeline, budget, and to THD quality standards. The Sourcing Operations Analyst, working with 3rd party testing facilities, sourcing offices, and HD Quality/Engineering Depts., uses independent thinking to analyze and determine solutions resolve issues.
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure all sourcing programs comply with THD compliance requirements for quality, inspection, social, environment and corporate responsibility, legal and other statutory compliance standards.
Responsible for on-boarding processes associated with global sourcing programs.
Communicate with SPM/GSM on project status; ensure visibility.
Regular interaction with quality assurance teams and third-party inspection agencies to monitor progress of testing.
Conduct weekly Onboarding, Vendor and Article Status reporting and reviews.
Establish alignment with CDMG, F&R, SPMs, and the Regional Sourcing Offices.
Continuous improvement of processes that would
