Pay Range: $90,000 - $120,000

Position Purpose
The Direct Fulfillment Supply Chain function is an emerging capability at The Home Depot. With the outstanding growth as an organization, Home Depot is positioned to become a leader in the Home Delivery business. As such, it is a function that will be in a mode of exciting and significant change over the next few years.
Direct Fulfillment Manager will be responsible for operational performance of appliance delivery network of Home Depot Canada. They will also participate and work on a number of exciting projects. They will use sound analytical and continuous improvement methodologies to understand metrics and help enable change. They leverage process mapping techniques to develop and implement new processes and methodologies. They will support implementations, transitions and conversions. They will help to drive a customer delivery service that will be considered one of the best in Canada.

Responsibilities and Key Accountabilities:
• Responsible for financial and operational KPIs for the appliance delivery network in Home Depot Canada, including (not limited to) delivery completion rate, customer QOS scores, delivery cost to plan, as well as project based performance KPIs.
• Lead a team of business analysts and DF analysts to deliver expected operational results, as well as projects deliverables.
• High degree of collaboration and partnership with internal and external stakeholder teams, including appliance delivery agents, appliance vendors, merchandising, store operations and other supply chain functions
• Participate in cross functional projects, acts as critical operational stakeholder to contribute in project charters that meet the objectives of the stakeholders
• Ensure change management plans are incorporated
• Deliver processes and solutions that meet the existing and emerging needs of the THD supply chain
• Solicit feedback from internal stakeholder groups to remove obstacles to success of the projects
• Partner with other functional areas on specific project plans to represent Supply Chain interests.
• The position will have a high degree of interaction with THD IT (solution delivery partners), third party delivery agents and THD operators (solution customers).
• The position will typically interact with and direct the work of Analyst level associates in other functional areas and within the Direct Fulfillment Team

Experience:
• 5-10 years of experience in Supply Chain operations
• Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering or a related field of study
• Experience with Distribution, Transportation or a Home Delivery related field a definite asset
• Experience with Six Sigma or other Process Improvement Methodology is preferred
• Proficient in: Microsoft Office Suite including Access, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Visual Basic, SQL, Word and Visio
• Clarifies and resolves complex business issues by breaking them down into meaningful components to determine root cause and redesigning internal and external business processes
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to extrapolate pertinent information from various sources (reports and spreadsheets) and analyze data for recommendations
• Maturity in a changing environment and ability to go above & beyond a defined role
• Strong relationship builder and has the ability to communicate effectively across different levels of the organization and external stakeholders
• Ability to travel within Canada and or the U.S.A.
