Description
Delivery coordinator and quality assurance (hybrid role), open availability required (including Saturdays and Sundays):
- Provide excellent customer service by optimally routing deliveries of customer orders
- Be the liaison between store associates and leaders, delivery and other partners, and customers
- Ensure quality of service and solve potential issues related to timely deliveries, order accuracy, product quality, and customer satisfaction
- Identify and close gaps within the software systems, delivery address discrepancies, processes, and expectations
- Support with inbound scheduling, receiving, verification and put away
- Perform customer order and loading audits
- Be involved in inventory cycle counts, inventory on-hand and location movements, and corrections
- Support with order picking, packing, and loading
- Support all areas of the DC (FDC, BDC, MDO) as needed and perform other assigned tasks
