Pay Range: $60,000 - $90,000

Position Summary

  • The Business Analyst, Supplier Analytics & Engagement is responsible for driving cross-functional alignment between SAP and SSC, developing and operationalizing merchandising enablement strategies, and supporting supplier engagement initiatives. This role partners with merchandising teams to set clear expectations for supplier experience, integrates new priorities into product and enablement roadmaps, and supports monetization and renewal efforts. This role provides strategic insights and analytics to inform business decisions and drive program adoption.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive cross-functional alignment between SAP and SSC to support merchandising and supplier program goals.
  • Develop and operationalize merchandising enablement strategies aligned with SAP objectives and business pillars (scale, segmentation, partnerships).
  • Partner with merchandising to set clear expectations for supplier engagement and experience, including regular communications and updates.
  • Identify and integrate new priorities into SAP Product and Enablement roadmaps (e.g., PRO, OAM, Dropship).
  • Support monetization and renewal initiatives, including contract maintenance, price increases and expansion opportunities.
  • Deliver data analytics and insights to inform business decisions and improve program adoption.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations and communications to senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
  • Apply strategic thinking, process design, and quantitative analysis to drive improvements in supplier engagement and program success.
  • Collaborate across teams to ensure alignment and momentum for program initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, Merchandising, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in merchandising analytics, supplier enablement, or related roles.
  • Demonstrated experience managing large, cross-functional initiatives.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
  • Experience with SAP, merchandising systems, and supplier enablement programs is an asset
