Salary: 26$ to 32$/hour

Responsibilities

Reporting to the assistant sales manager, the sales coordinator's main duties include, but are not limited to :

  • Work closely with branch managers to gather pertinent information related to sales agreements;
  • Create sales contracts in the ERP system;
  • Produce purchase orders and forward them to suppliers;
  • Ensure rigorous follow-up of purchase order status;
  • Process invoices following delivery of equipment;
  • Manage equipment inventory availability in real time.
Profile
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role;
  • Bilingual English and French to deal with English-French speaking customers.
  • Good knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite;
  • Action and results oriented;
  • Ability to multi-task;
  • Strong communication, logistical & organizational skills;
  • Knowledge of heavy machinery is an asset.
