Description
Terapro Construction, dealer for the renowned Case brand, distinguishes itself in the sale and maintenance of new and used construction equipment. A full range of state-of-the-art machinery is offered, including excavators, loaders, tracked dozers, graders and much more, to suit all construction project management needs.
Terapro is looking for a director – precision technologies and connected equipment to lead and develop activities related to GPS technologies, telematics, and connected equipment in construction and agriculture.
The director will manage a team of specialists, support sales and product support teams and actively contribute to the adoption of precision solutions with clients in our agricultural (New Holland) and construction (Case Construction) sectors.
To support our branches in Quebec and Ontario, the home port remains at the choice of the candidate.

Responsibilities
- Manage and develop the team of precision technology specialists;
- Support sales and product support teams for heavy construction equipment and agricultural equipment;
- Deploy and supervise the monitoring of connected equipment and critical alerts;
- Promote the use of MyNewHolland, MyCaseConstruction, FieldOps platforms;
- Supervise the correction networks (RTK, RTK+, New-Net);
- Train the teams on GPS, telematics and precision technologies;
- Analyze equipment performance data;
- Participate in industry events;
- Ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in geomatics, surveying, civil engineering or geomatics engineering;
- Experience in precision technology, heavy equipment or precision agriculture;
- Knowledge of GPS/GLONASS systems, guidance, telematics, mapping, variable rates;
- Leadership and experience in team management;
- Customer orientation and good communication skills;
- French-English bilingualism to support the Francophone and Anglophone clientele of our branches located in Quebec and Ontario.
