Job description

Job summary: As a Welder-Assembler at Tecnar, you will be responsible for manufacturing and assembling metal parts using high-quality welding techniques. You will work closely with our production team to ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.

Responsibilities :

  1. Read and interpret technical drawings, diagrams and welding instructions.
  2. Prepare metal parts to be welded by cleaning, adjusting and positioning them correctly.
  3. Effectively operate a variety of welding equipment, including MIG and TIG welders.
  4. Perform high quality welds following required procedures and specifications.
  5. Assemble metal parts using appropriate joining techniques.
  6. Monitor the quality of welds and assemblies to ensure compliance with company quality standards.
  7. Maintain a clean and safe working environment in compliance with company safety standards.
  8. Actively participate in the continuous improvement of welding processes and techniques.

Requested skills

  1. Welding certification or equivalent experience.
  2. Previous experience in welding and metal assembly.
  3. In-depth knowledge of different types of welding (MIG, TIG, etc.).
  4. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and welding specifications.
  5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  6. Attention to detail and ability to produce high quality work.
  7. Strong commitment to workplace safety.
