A well-established community organization in Montreal is seeking a bilingual, versatile, and detail-oriented Administrator to oversee daily operations. The successful candidate will play a key role in coordinating administrative, financial, HR, and logistical activities in support of internal teams and community members.

Key Responsibilities General Administration-
Oversee office operations: reception, records, supplies, and team support

Support internal committees and prepare meeting minutes

Manage payments, invoices, bank reconciliations, and deposits

Assist with budget tracking and fundraising campaigns

Coordinate with external accounting and payroll services

Prepare payroll and administer employee benefits
-
Oversee background checks and ensure compliance of personnel files
-
Maintain HR records and pay equity documentation
-
Manage space rental requests, contracts, and payments

Supervise event attendants and coordinate logistics (AV, cleaning, etc.)

Produce newsletters and update the website

Manage communication platforms (Mailchimp, Google Workspace, social media)

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure inclusive and clear information sharing

Bilingual: fluent in French and English (spoken and written)

Experience in administration, finance, HR, or team coordination

Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and autonomy

Proficiency with digital tools (Google, Mailchimp, Squarespace, etc.)
