Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage a portfolio of commercial clients;

  • Actively participate in sales meetings, calls, and presentations;

  • Prepare tailored proposals, draft comparison documents, and respond to RFPs;

  • Collaborate closely with account managers and technical teams;

  • Identify growth opportunities for both new and existing clients;

  • Attend industry events and maintain an active presence in the professional network.

Profile Sought:

  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in commercial property & casualty insurance;

  • Valid license issued by the AMF (Commercial P&C Insurance);

  • Excellent command of English (frequent communication with anglophone clients and partners);

  • Business development skills;

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) – experience with TAM, PAA, or CRM is an asset.
