️ Main Responsibilities:

Develop and manage a portfolio of commercial clients;

Actively participate in sales meetings, calls, and presentations;

Prepare tailored proposals, draft comparison documents, and respond to RFPs;
-
Collaborate closely with account managers and technical teams;
-
Identify growth opportunities for both new and existing clients;
-
Attend industry events and maintain an active presence in the professional network.
Profile Sought:
-
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in commercial property & casualty insurance;
-
Valid license issued by the AMF (Commercial P&C Insurance);
-
Excellent command of English (frequent communication with anglophone clients and partners);
-
Business development skills;
-
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) – experience with TAM, PAA, or CRM is an asset.
