What You’ll Be Doing:

• Collaborate with validation engineers to execute 224Gbps SERDES system-level regression tests in the lab environment.
• Manage and organize data collected from regression stations, ensuring all results are accurately cataloged.
• Build and maintain a comprehensive database to track and catalog test results for ongoing analysis.
• Analyze large datasets to identify trends and correlations that can inform performance improvements.
• Run sensitivity tests to optimize Bit Error Rate (BER) and Forward Error Correction (FEC) performance.
• Support validation of software and firmware releases to ensure high standards of quality control.
• Gain hands-on lab experience with state-of-the-art SerDes technology, learning from seasoned industry professionals.

What You’ll Need:

• Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering, in the penultimate year of study.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen interest in data analysis and system validation.
• Familiarity with database management and data visualization tools.
• Python and MATLAB are strong assets.
• Knowledge of machine learning is an asset.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
• Enthusiasm for learning about cutting-edge SerDes and lab validation practices.
