You have extensive experience in SoC validation and protocol solutions, with a hands-on approach to solving technical challenges. You thrive in customer-facing roles, communicate clearly, and enjoy mentoring others. Your expertise in high-speed interfaces and emulation platforms enables you to deliver robust solutions and influence product direction.

• Lead design and integration of protocol transactors and memory models.
• Resolve complex technical issues involving USB, UFS, and similar protocols.
• Act as a senior technical contact for tier-1 customers.
• Collaborate with R&D and Product Management on feature validation.
• Mentor engineers and promote best practices.
• Support release qualification and customer sign-off.

• Accelerate delivery of robust protocol solutions.
• Enhance product quality and customer satisfaction.
• Drive innovation in platform readiness and validation strategies.
• Mentor team members and improve engineering processes.
• Influence industry standards through customer engagements.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Engineering.
• 12+ years in SoC validation or protocol IP.
• Hands-on debugging experience.
• Expertise with USB/UFS, ZeBu, VCS simulation.
• Customer-facing solution delivery skills.

• Technical expert with strong problem-solving skills.
• Clear communicator and collaborative mentor.
• Customer-focused and execution-driven.
