Registered Practical Nurse - Veterans Centre LFSW - Regular part-time 2023-231631

We currently have a Regular Part-time (0.6 FTE) opportunity for a Registered Practical Nurse in the Veteran's Centre (LFSW) at Bayview. Hours of Work: Weekdays: Days, Evenings, 8 hrs; As per schedule Alternating Weekends: Days, 8 hrs; As per schedule Statutory Holidays Required Summary of Duties RPNs are responsible for the total care of a group of residents within a Primary Nursing care delivery model within their scope of practice. The RPN supports the philosophy of Patient-Focused Care concept and principles and the Mission and Values of Sunnybrook Health Sciences Centre. The RPN works closely with other members of the multidisciplinary team.
