Registered Nurse - C4 Internal Acute Medicine - Regular part-time 2023-232114

We currently have Regular Part-time (0.6 FTE) opportunities for a Registered Nurse in the C4 GIM Department at our Bayview campus. Hours of Work: Weekdays & Alternating Weekends: Days; 12 hrs; As per schedule, Statutory Holidays required Summary of Duties Responsible for providing person centred care of General Medicine patients in the Integrated Community Program. The nurse works independently and collaboratively with the patient, family and interprofessional team. Functions of the nurse include but are not limited to assessment, intervention, evaluation, education, and discharge planning. Qualifications/Skills Current registration in good standing with the College of Nurses of Ontario Current B.C.L.S.
