Classification: Temporary Full-Time (until approx. Feb 2026)   We are seeking a self-initiating, innovative, creative team player to complement our OD&L team – an individual who will share their skill, knowledge and wisdom, and with whom we can share the opportunity to do meaningful work with a team that is passionate about quality of service. Sunnybrook Health Sciences Centre is one of Canada’s largest and most dynamic hospitals. Our 10,000 plus staff, physicians and volunteers provide the best care for critical times in the lives of the 1 million patients we see each year each year. We specialize in caring for Canada’s war veterans, high risk pregnancies, critically ill newborns, adults and the elderly, treating and preventing cancer, cardiovascular disease, neurological disorders, orthopaedic and arthritic conditions and traumatic injuries. Staff enjoy Sunnybrook's Quality of Work-Life Program that is built on four categories: Safety, Wellness, Recognition & Celebrations and Staff Education & Learning.   Summary of Duties Utilize best practices to conduct needs assessments/analysis, research, design, implementation and evaluation of corporate programs, Organizational Development & Leadership workshops, intact team interventions and other initiatives Facilitate Sunnybrook Leadership Institute (SLI) workshops and programs Assist Supervisor with the development of ongoing curriculum for the Sunnybrook Leadership Institute (SLI) Deliver existing workshops and facilitate OD&L interventions to optimize individual and team effectiveness in multiple modalities including in-class (face-to-face) and technology based (eLearning) platform through an effective blend of media types (audio, visual, text). Assist Supervisor and Director with research and analysis related to corporate projects Assists with other projects as required   Qualifications/Skills Master’s degree in relevant discipline an asset but not required e.g. adult education, MBA (Organizational Behaviour), other related Recent, related organizational development experience working in large complex organizations (healthcare preferred but not required) Demonstrates Sunnybrook’s values Instructional Design and Project Management skills and experience with demonstrated ability to design and deliver on projects, workshops and intact team interventions Able to research, analyze and provide clear and concise reports on evidence informed leading practices Facilitation and consulting skills Ability to be detail-oriented with good prioritization skills in a fast-paced environment and deliver results on large and small scale projects Ability to constructively deal with conflict, ability and understanding of, and experience with, complex team dynamics and group processes Adult education and change management skill and experience Ability to deliver/facilitate learning using face-to-face, classroom, eLearning and blended learning Experience in facilitating Equity, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI) workshops and programs Performance coaching credential/skill/experience preferred Demonstrated strategic and operational thinking/planning Superb interpersonal and communication skills Computer proficiency Proven ability to work well in a team Proficient in MS Office Suite Excellent attendance record required
