Job Description:
Are you an experienced and versatile Senior or Lead Software Engineer with a wide range of technical skills and a passion for driving innovation? If you excel in a collaborative environment and are eager to contribute to innovative projects, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our dynamic team!
What you will do?
- Make critical coding judgments to ensure high quality and scalable solutions, such as implementing caching strategies, designing for performance and scalability needs, writing unit and integration tests, developing APIs, and conducting code reviews. Additional responsibilities include working with container orchestration platforms like Kubernetes and API development frameworks such as API Platform.
- Design and maintain infrastructure as code solutions using Terraform and AWS CloudFormation to support ML and analytics workloads
- Build and optimize LLMOps pipelines for training, fine-tuning and deploying large language models at scale. Integrate emerging LLMOps frameworks such as LangChain, Hugging Face and vector database technologies for advanced AI applications.
- Analyze, investigate, and recommend solutions for continuous improvements, process enhancements, identify pain points, and more efficient workflows. Create templates, standards, and models to facilitate future implementations and adjust priorities when necessary.
- Demonstrate that you are a collaborative communicator by fearlessly and confidently speaking up, bringing people together, facilitating meetings, recording minutes and actions, and rallying the team towards a common goal.
- Utilize Jira and Confluence to efficiently manage project workflows, track progress, and facilitate collaboration. Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, using Agile methodologies for project development.
- Develop automated testing and validation pipelines for ML models to ensure consistent performance and compliance
- Contribute to architectural decisions related to ml infrastructure and analytics platforms to support long-term scalability
What do you need to succeed?
- Bachelor’s degree, or diploma in Computer Science, Software Engineering, with a minimum of 5 years’ experience in related field.
- Strong Experience building ML Pipelines, managing AI applications on AWS Platform
- Experience in Machine Learning Operations and familiarity with Large Language Model Operations (MLOps, LLMOps)
- Extensive experience using DevOps Tools designing, implementing, and managing CI/CD pipelines, CI workflows using Jenkins. A strong working knowledge of Jenkins, Terraform.
- Proficiency in Git, Python, Java and conducting code reviews.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and project management tools like Jira and Confluence.
- Advanced knowledge of AWS services (such as S3, Lambda, Step Functions, SageMaker, Bedrock, Event Bridge, SNS, Service Catalog) and serverless architectures
- Familiarity with Remote Management Tools, SSH, and Console View.
- Canadian Enhanced Reliability Clearance is required.

The Base Pay range is for the primary location for which the job is posted. It may vary depending on the work location of the successful candidate or other factors.
