Job Description:

Reporting to the AVP Sales Power, the Recruiting Coordinator plays a critical role in supporting recruitment marketing initiatives, providing operational support for existing recruitment programs, and reporting on the progress or outcome of initiatives. A strong administration or marketing support background is essential to support digital strategy, campaign execution, and performance analytics.

Marketing & Campaign Management (50%)

  • Manage content within the recruitment promotional assets libraries

  • Support the development, launch, and tracking of national recruitment marketing initiatives

  • Collaborate with external vendors and internal marketing teams to support timely delivery of new recruiting assets

  • Support in obtaining the internal approvals required for the launch of new recruiting assets

  • Maintain and update recruiting assets and internal resources as required

Recruiting Program & Event Support (50%)

  • Support the execution of national recruiting events including planning, logistics, and tracking of outcomes

  • Coordinate with field leaders and recruitment consultants to manage recruiting calendar, maintain records of event performance and provide post-event reporting

  • Monitor marketing campaign analytics and recruitment performance dashboards

  • Prepare reports and presentations

  • Experience participating in and coordinating projects and various initiatives

  • Organizational skills for tracking progress on various activities

  • Reporting experience

  • Strong communication for internal and external collaboration

  • Meticulous attention to detail in record-keeping and recruitment administration

  • As this position is posted in several locations, we specify that bilingualism (French, English, both oral and written) is required for Quebec only for the frequent interactions with English and French-speaking colleagues or internal partners across Canada or worldwide.

    The Base Pay range is for the primary location for which the job is posted. It may vary depending on the work location of the successful candidate or other factors. In addition to Base Pay, eligible Sun Life employees participate in various incentive plans, payment under which is discretionary and subject to individual and company performance. Certain sales focused roles have sales incentive plans based on individual or group sales results.
