Job Description:

To deliver on our promise, our team’s focus is to help advisors grow their practice through an end-to-end client engagement program, enabling them with content, support and knowledge to deliver holistic advice to Clients.

As Client Activation Coordinator you'll have a direct impact on a growing program that enables advisors to proactively engage Clients and grow their business.

You’ll be part of a dynamic, innovative, and results-driven team of professionals, who have a recognized brand within our advisory channel. In this role you will support the development and delivery of our national program, program measurement and asset retention.

What will you do?

  • Support the development and delivery of new campaigns and tools, managing completion to deadlines

  • Coordinate and schedule project working groups, reviews, approvals, translation and publication needs

  • Support our field facing Consultants with content and data needed to deliver advisor workshops

  • Monitor the team email inbox, responding to questions from the field and internal partners

  • Manage and maintain the program asset inventory, including maintaining version history, approval documentation, feedback, and future ideas/enhancements.

  • Provide administrative support including creation and maintenance of process documentation

  • Identify opportunities for program enhancements and process improvement and contribute to problem solving and brainstorming

  • Maintain and update Wrike for the project tasks.

  • Support other ad hoc requests as needed.

What do you need to succeed?

  • As this position is posted in several locations, we specify that bilingualism (French, English, both oral and written) is required for Quebec only for the frequent interactions with English and French-speaking colleagues or internal partners across Canada or worldwide.

  • Strong written communication skills

  • Results driven and solution-oriented; takes ownership for achieving results in a dynamic, fast-paced sales environment

  • Collaborative team player adept at juggling multiple priorities, with the ability to work independently

  • Ability to build strong relationships with partners and advisors.

  • Attention to detail

  • Excellent Excel skills

  • Post-secondary education in marketing, business, or communication-related field

  • Two+ years of experience in marketing and/or business development role

The Base Pay range is for the primary location for which the job is posted. It may vary depending on the work location of the successful candidate or other factors. In addition to Base Pay, eligible Sun Life employees participate in various incentive plans, payment under which is discretionary and subject to individual and company performance. Certain sales focused roles have sales incentive plans based on individual or group sales results.
