Job Description:
Location: Hybrid
The Wealth Operations Fixed Wealth team is committed to providing the highest level of service to advisors and internal Payout Annuities team. Reporting to the Team Leader, you will be responsible for the efficient and accurate processing of Fixed Wealth requests, delivering quality service to advisors and thrive in a fast-paced environment in respect to regulatory deadlines.
What will you do?
- Responsible for efficiently and accurately processing Fixed Wealth requests, setting up new business and answering Advisor questions
- Answer client and advisor phone calls and email inquiries
- Learn how to support multiple product types and receive ongoing training to be able to resolve complex cases
- Collaborate with teammates on how to improve processes and create a better client experience
- Responsible for achieving daily efficiency and productivity targets and complete all work with >98% accuracy
What do you need to succeed?
- Bilingualism (French, English, both oral and written) is required for the frequent interactions with English and French-speaking colleagues or internal partners across Canada and worldwide
- 2 years of customer service experience
- Ability to work well under pressure and with competing priorities
- Positive attitude and a willingness to learn
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with an ability to handle conflict or difficult discussions
- Available to work operating hours between 8AM to 6PM from Monday to Friday
Preferred skills
- Call center experience, preferably in the investment or insurance sector
- Knowledge of fixed wealth products
- Experience working in an environment where volume fluctuates seasonally

The Base Pay range is for the primary location for which the job is posted. It may vary depending on the work location of the successful candidate or other factors. In addition to Base Pay, eligible Sun Life employees participate in various incentive plans, payment under which is discretionary and subject to individual and company performance. Certain sales focused roles have sales incentive plans based on individual or group sales results.
