Position: Store Manager

Immediate Reports: Assistant Store Manager and Sales Associates

Responsibilities:

  • Achieve requested sales results and manage store tasks
  • Adhere to Visual plans and use good judgment for product placement to achieve best sales
  • Recruit, hire and train the skills of an Assistant Store Manager for eventual promotion to Store Manager
  • Monitor trends in cooking and tabletop items
  • Follow marketing guidelines for the implementation of various promotions

Skills:

  • 3-5+ years of retail management
  • Demonstrates exceptional customer service
  • Ability to manage staff
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with employees and the public
  • Ability to work in a team environment
