What you will be responsible for

As a Risk Monitoring Senior Associate you will

  • Review and analyze payment and settlement transactions, escalating issues as needed.
  • Ensure transactions meet deadlines and comply with risk policies.
  • Respond to inquiries, monitor queues, and support team coverage.
  • Identify and report potential risks or errors.
  • Handle special projects and additional assignments as required.

Education & Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent business experience
  • 1-2 years of experience in the financial industry

  • Flexibility to cover team responsibilities during absences, including vacation, sick days, and breaks.
  • Capacity to manage tight deadlines and high-volume periods efficiently.
  • Willingness to take on special projects and additional assignments as needed.
  • Proactive approach to identifying, escalating, and resolving potential risks or issues.
  • Commitment to completing required training and staying current with policy updates.

$51,000 - $84,000 Annual
