We are currently looking for a Marketing Coordinator. Reporting to the Senior Director of Sales and Marketing, the person in this position will be responsible for coordinating marketing and product communication activities across all business units. They will bridge the gap between the engineering, project management, and sales teams to translate STAS technologies into clear, engaging, and customer-oriented messages.

The Marketing Coordinator's main responsibilities include:

  • Contribute to planning and implementing communication and brand enhancement activities.
  • Collaborate closely with different departments to ensure technical accuracy of content.
  • Manage and optimize website content (structure, product sheets, images, etc.).
  • Supervise activities of external agency (advertising, SEO, digital campaigns).
  • Monitor marketing indicators (leads, conversions, reach, etc.) and produce monthly reports.
  • Participate in the development and implementation of annual marketing plans.
  • Coordinate advertising campaigns.
  • Update the website and newsletters in collaboration with agencies or developers.
  • Monitor marketing budgets and project timelines.
  • Analyze campaign performance and produce reports.
  • Ensure operational alignment with established priorities.

Requested skills

Job requirements
  • University or college degree in marketing, communication, or related field.
  • 2 to 5 years of experience in a similar position.
  • Excellent command of French and good knowledge of English (oral and written).
  • Good understanding of digital marketing (SEO, SEM, social media, emails, etc.).
  • Knowledge of marketing tools (Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, Mailchimp, HubSpot, etc.).
