Stageline invites you to take the stage and join us as a Project Manager, Engineering.

Your responsibilities:
- Act as a resource person for new product development or existing product improvement projects assigned to you;
- Take charge of assigned projects and manage, monitor, and complete them;
- Assess the tasks required to complete the project and estimate the time needed to determine the deliverables schedule;
- Ensure projects get off to a good start, distribute tasks among project team members, and follow up until the project is completed;
- Ensure that each team member remains focused on the project objectives;
- Ensure the quality of deliverables and that the deadlines for the various projects are met;
- Establish and maintain links between all project stakeholders, ensuring optimal communication between all parties involved at every stage of the project.
- Quickly identify and eliminate any obstacles encountered to ensure the progress of projects.
- Participate in the development and preparation of drawings or plans;
- Participate in product design: idea development, 3D modeling (SolidWorks), factory manufacturing, and real-world testing of prototypes;
- Ensure the implementation and monitoring of projects with the various stakeholders involved;
- Report to the Engineering and Quality Director and the Product Improvement and Development Supervisor when the project is completed, highlight any issues encountered, and make recommendations.
You are the person we are looking for if:
- You have a college or university degree in mechanical engineering;
- You have five (5) years of experience in drafting, mechanical design, and design verification;
- You have knowledge of computer tools and computer-aided design software;
- You have experience in manufacturing processes, tooling, steel, and aluminum;
- You have good oral and written communication skills;
- You have excellent skills and a passion for manual mechanical work.
- You have French comprehension (mandatory)
