Your responsibilities:
- Load, unload, and move products and materials using forklifts and overhead cranes.
- Maintain cleanliness in storage and work areas and ensure proper placement of goods in production zones.
- Perform Kanban rounds and supply workstations accordingly.
- Package finished products for shipping, unload, and prepare truckloads as needed.
- Ensure follow-up and accuracy of shipping documents.
- Deliver materials to the appropriate departments.
- Enter merchandise data into the computer system and participate in inventory counts.
- Run errands and perform deliveries as needed using a vehicle.
- Assist in production by preparing parts using various tools when required.
- Handle materials, equipment, and tools safely.
- Maintain the premises: sweep and carry out other cleaning tasks as required.
- Follow occupational health and safety standards.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals.
- Perform any other related tasks as requested.
What success looks like:
Within the first 6 months:
- You can perform the main tasks without constant supervision. You are familiar with procedures, tools, and quality standards.
- You consistently follow safety instructions and use personal protective equipment (PPE) properly.
- You are able to take on different positions or tasks based on production needs.
- You show initiative, suggest improvements, and demonstrate an interest in learning new skills or progressing into other roles.
- You collaborate, communicate, and work harmoniously with your colleagues.
You’re the person we’re looking for if:
- You hold a vocational, high school, or college diploma.
- You have training or experience in production.
- You are organized, autonomous, detail-oriented, resourceful, and versatile.
- Team spirit and collaboration are core motivations for you in your daily work.
