Your Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support by analyzing hardware and/or software issues and implementing appropriate solutions;
- Maintain the GLPI help desk system;
- Participate in the management of the archiving service;
- Participate in the management of the antivirus service;
- Participate in managing access rights (files, systems, etc.);
- Maintain technical documentation;
- Maintain and manage IT equipment;
- Participate in the management of the Windows environment (domains, GPO, Active Directory, Exchange, etc.);
- Participate in activities related to infrastructure improvements and changes;
- Participate in the management and ongoing development of the company's IT network.
You’re the person we’re looking for if:
- You hold a College Diploma (DEC) in Computer Science, combined with a minimum of three (3) years of professional experience in a similar position;
- You have knowledge of Windows Server 2022, Linux (CentOS, Debian, FreeBSD) and IP telephony;
- You hold a valid driver's license;
- You have a strong interest in AI;
- You have excellent verbal and written communication skills in both French and English;
- You are available to travel to Varennes, our South Shore facility, twice a month;
- You are available to work on-site full-time, Monday to Friday;
- ITIL certification is considered an asset.
