Stageline invites you to take the stage and join us as an After-Sales Service Technician (SAV).
For over 35 years, we have embodied innovation, quality, and durability in the world of live events. Our stages, which light up international events such as Osheaga, Heavy MTL, and the Montreal Jazz Festival, also inspire local communities during festivals and neighborhood celebrations, leaving a lasting impact for generations to come.

Your responsibilities:

  • Provide technical training to clients, on-site or at the company, and assess participants’ ability to obtain certification.

  • Ensure equipment safety at all times, especially during adverse weather, and communicate best practices to participants.

  • Inspect Stageline equipment at client sites as well as our rental fleet, ensuring compliance with the company’s quality standards.

  • Be highly available for international travel, mainly within Canada and the United States.

  • Complete training and inspection reports, and follow up on client needs with the after-sales service representatives.

What success looks like:

Within the first 6 months:

  • You have gained a solid understanding of our products by working with the maintenance team in L’Assomption and in a live event context with the MSR team.

  • You have completed the necessary internal training to become a certified trainer and inspector according to Stageline standards.

  • You have accompanied experienced technicians on the road, gaining a strong understanding of training and inspection activities at client sites.

  • You have mastered the tools and processes related to report production, visit planning, and client request follow-up.

Within the first year:

  • You are autonomous during travel for training and inspection activities.

  • You have developed strong safety instincts and can effectively communicate best practices to participants under any conditions.

  • You have established trust with our clients and effectively communicate their needs to the after-sales service representatives.

  • You write clear, professional reports that meet certification and quality standards.

  • You are recognized as reliable, organized, and proactive by both colleagues and clients.

  • You have good judgment, natural leadership, and feel comfortable leading group sessions.

  • You demonstrate rigor, attention to detail, and excellent observational skills.

  • You are organized, autonomous, and able to adapt quickly to new situations.

  • You can handle pressure well and enjoy solving unexpected issues in the field.
