Required for Glen Avon School
A full-time (1.0 FTE) Administrative Support Class III is required for Glen Avon School commencing September 24th, 2025.
Glen Avon School, located in St. Paul, Alberta, is a K-9 school with approximately 360 students.
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team. Applicants must possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently in a busy school environment. This position requires superior computer skills with an ability to quickly learn a variety of programs and management systems, including Excel, Word, Publisher and the Google Suite of applications. Experience with SIS (PowerSchool) and PASI will be considered an asset.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform a wide range of office and reception duties, including telephone and front-desk support.
- Manage extensive financial processes and reporting.
- Create and share school communications, including newsletters and social media posts.
- Build positive relationships with parents, students, and staff.
- Provide general administrative support and other duties as required.
