Administrative Support Class 3 Required For F.G. Miller Jr./Sr. High School
A full-time Administrative Support Class 3 is required for F.G. Miller Jr./Sr. High School commencing January 12, 2026.
F.G. Miller Jr/Sr High School, located in Elk Point, Alberta, is a Grade 7 to 12 school with approximately 190 students.
Applicants must possess excellent interpersonal skills, strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently. This position requires superior computer skills with an ability to quickly learn a variety of programs and management systems, including Excel, Word, Publisher and the Google Suite of applications. Experience with SIS (PowerSchool) and PASI will be considered an asset. Responsibilities include maintenance and updating of school records, social media and website, time sheets, telephone, reception, and other duties as required.
