We are looking for a passionate Office operations coordinator who wants to invest in the company and who shares our values: commitment, teamwork, innovation. The ideal candidate will play an important role in the smooth running of the day-to-day operations related to order creation and shipping.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for customer orders and creations in the database

• Perform equipment configuration prior to shipment

• Prepare orders for shipment; packaging, labelling, etc. (Small parcel)

• Track packages

• Communicate with carriers & Verify invoices related to the carrier's import/export

• Customer email management

• Deposit at the bank

• Entered deposits into the accounting system

• Participate in the inventory taking (annual)

• Other administrative related tasks to assist the team

• Hold a DEC/DEP

• Have a good knowledge of the Office Suite (Excel, Outlook)

• Have good flexibility in the face of multiple demands and changes
