Description
As an ERP System Procurement Officer, you will play a key role in the supply chain. Your main objective will be to ensure efficient, optimized purchasing that meets production needs. Thanks to your rigor and analytical skills, you will guarantee the supply of raw materials and subcontracting according to operational needs, within established costs, relying on exemplary maintenance of ERP data.
In this position, you will have the opportunity to:
- Prepare and modify purchase orders according to the master plan.
- Analyze stock item requirements, analyze inventories, and place necessary orders.
- Receive, analyze, and process purchase requisitions.
- Update ERP data: prices, lead times, minimum lots, qualified suppliers.
- Track deliveries, follow up with suppliers, and update confirmations in the system
- Resolve issues: delivery errors, shortages, missing parts
- Communicate with planning to avoid any impact on production
- Manage receiving slips and invoices, and correct discrepancies
- Identify cost reduction opportunities
- Monitor supplier performance and correct discrepancies
- Collaborate with the quality team and suppliers to manage procurement-related non-conformities
- Continuously improve department methods and processes

ProfileWith the following skills and qualities, you will be successful in this role:
- DEC or BAC in administration or equivalent combination of experience/training
- 2 to 5 years of experience in a similar role, ideally in a manufacturing environment
- Good command of French and English
- Proficiency with computer tools and ERP systems
