Your main mission will be to manage and grow our existing B2B accounts, while building solid, trusting long-term business relationships.

You will also be a key player in the development of new accounts, contributing to the diversification of our markets, customers and products. In collaboration with our product engineering team, you will take part in the development of innovative solutions to contribute to the company's growth and reputation. On a daily basis, you will work closely with the planning, production and quality departments. Your passion, curiosity and commitment will make all the difference to our collective success!

In this position, you will have the opportunity to :

  • Represent the company to all current and potential customers to promote our products and services
  • Participate in the development of a sales and marketing growth plan
  • Identify and develop business opportunities for the company- Participate in the preparation of quotations
  • Work closely with customer service, managing customer satisfaction and providing technical support to customers and internal teams
  • Contribute to certain activities in the product development process
  • Contribute to requirements definition and product design with customers and internal engineering team

  • University degree in mechanical engineering, administration, marketing or related field
  • Over 8 years' experience in sales and business development in the manufacturing sector
  • Bilingualism essential (English-French) for communication with customers
  • Available to travel and meet customers in Canada and the U.S. (20% to 40% of time)
  • Strong customer orientation and excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills
  • Good teamwork skills
  • Good business vision, proactivity and adaptability
  • Curiosity, open-mindedness, dynamism and optimism- Sense of priorities, good project management skills and good resistance to stress
  • Ability to understand the technical aspects of a product
  • Computer skills (Office Suite, CRM (e.g. Sales Force))
