Mission Do you have an eye for detail, enjoy being close to the shop floor, and want to make a tangible impact on product quality? We are looking for a rigorous and collaborative Quality Technician to support our production teams and actively contribute to the continuous improvement of our quality management system. In this role, you will serve as a key resource for addressing quality issues, ensuring product compliance, and implementing sustainable solutions in collaboration with our Production, Methods, Process Engineering, and Quality teams.

In this position, you will have the opportunity to :

  • Manage internal and supplier non-conformities, from root cause analysis through to the implementation of sustainable corrective actions
  • Coordinate preventive and corrective actions to reduce the risk of recurrence
  • Monitor quality performance indicators and contribute to the identification of improvement priorities
  • Maintain and update quality criteria applicable to products
  • Document and monitor product repairs when required
  • Manage measuring and testing equipment, including calibration follow-up and compliance
  • Develop and execute measurement and testing plans
  • Participate in the development and deployment of quality training programs
  • Communicate inspection results and maintain required documentation with a high level of accuracy
  • Collaborate on continuous improvement initiatives, ISO and customer audits, and regulatory inspections

With the following skills and qualities, you'll be successful in this role:

  • College diploma (DEC): mechanical, industrial, quality or materials engineering and/or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in a quality role in a manufacturing environment
  • Experience with measurement methodologies and tools
  • Blueprint reading and interpretation of technical documents
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines and independently
