In this position, you will have the opportunity to :
- Analyze and carry out the procurement of raw materials and subcontracted items from our suppliers and other units of the Soucy Group.
- Prioritize supplies according to customer requirements.
- Collaborate with production and engineering to procure components
- Implement sourcing strategies to give our suppliers optimum visibility in order to secure 0-24 month production.
- Optimize inventory material levels according to production plan and sales forecasts
With the following skills and qualities, you'll be successful in this role:
- College diploma in administration or equivalent training in supply management or operations management
- 2 to 3 years' relevant experience in a manufacturing environment
- Knowledge of planning and procurement in a manufacturing system
- Functional English to be able to communicate with our English-speaking customers and suppliers
