Production Manager

In this position, you will have the opportunity to:

• Contribute to the development and monitoring of the strategic plan within the management committee
• Supervise production and maintenance operations to ensure their efficiency
• Manage and control production and maintenance budgets
• Ensure the availability and reliability of equipment
• Optimize flows to improve operational performance
• Plan, organize, and control human, material, and financial resources
• Monitor performance indicators and deploy corrective action plans
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives (CI)
• Identify and implement sustainable solutions to achieve cost, deadline, and quality objectives
• Coordinate the integration of new technologies and products with engineering teams
• Represent the company on management committees

• Bachelor's degree in operations management, mechanical engineering, or industrial engineering
• 5 to 10 years of experience in production management in a unionized environment, ideally with practical experience in operational positions
• Strategic vision combined with solid operational management
• Mastery of Lean Manufacturing principles and continuous improvement tools
• Experience in inventory management and use of MRP manufacturing systems
• In-depth knowledge of production processes and industrial maintenance
• Mastery of performance indicators (KPIs) and monitoring tools
• Familiarity with ERP systems and planning software
