In this position, you will have the opportunity to:
- Contribute to the development and monitoring of the strategic plan within the management committee
- Supervise production and maintenance operations to ensure their efficiency
- Manage and control production and maintenance budgets
- Ensure the availability and reliability of equipment
- Optimize flows to improve operational performance
- Plan, organize, and control human, material, and financial resources
- Monitor performance indicators and deploy corrective action plans
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives (CI)
- Identify and implement sustainable solutions to achieve cost, deadline, and quality objectives
- Coordinate the integration of new technologies and products with engineering teams
- Represent the company on management committees

- Bachelor's degree in operations management, mechanical engineering, or industrial engineering
- 5 to 10 years of experience in production management in a unionized environment, ideally with practical experience in operational positions
- Strategic vision combined with solid operational management
- Mastery of Lean Manufacturing principles and continuous improvement tools
- Experience in inventory management and use of MRP manufacturing systems
- In-depth knowledge of production processes and industrial maintenance
- Mastery of performance indicators (KPIs) and monitoring tools
- Familiarity with ERP systems and planning software
