Mission

Do you enjoy turning an idea into a tangible product? Here, innovation happens on the ground: design, prototyping, testing, and production. As a Product Engineer, you will design, develop, and optimize our UHMW-PE molded products, from customer requirements through to industrialization. Working closely with production, quality, and sales, you will help deliver high-performance, reliable, and manufacturable products, while driving continuous improvement in our practices.


In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Help define customer requirements and translate these needs into concrete, manufacturable solutions
  • Design and improve existing products to enhance their performance, durability, and quality
  • Plan and manage PDC (product development cycle) activities: design, testing, validation, and reviews
  • Ensure the efficient transition of developed products into production (documentation, testing, and startup monitoring)
  • Provide technical support to production to resolve issues and stabilize processes
  • Collaborate on cost estimates, manufacturing quotes, and bids (materials, time, operations, tooling), providing a clear and structured technical perspective
  • Document the development process and prepare presentations/documents to support decision-making and alignment with customers (technical documents, requirements, testing, lessons learned)

Profile

With the following skills and qualities, you will thrive in this role:

  • Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering (or equivalent) with relevant experience in product development
  • Active member of the Ordre des ingénieurs du Québec (OIQ)
  • Bilingualism in French and English (spoken and written) to collaborate with our English-speaking clients and partners
  • Excellent analytical skills, mechanical understanding, and an innovation- and problem-solving-oriented approach
  • Proficiency in 3D modeling (Solid Edge or equivalent software)
  • Team player, self-motivated, and proactive; ability to work with precision
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
  • Structured, curious, and action-oriented
