We’re looking for a Product Development Project Manager to oversee several large-scale projects, ensuring we meet the highest quality standards in our industries. In this position, you will have the opportunity to:
- Plan, monitor, and oversee activities related to new product development in accordance with the product development process (PDP)
- Work closely with various departments to ensure project objectives are met
- Establish and maintain overall project planning, while managing unforeseen issues and constraints to meet key milestones
- Ensure adequate documentation of project implementation stages, in accordance with the PDP
- Monitor budgets and report any variances or issues that could impact deliverables
- Facilitate multidisciplinary meetings and foster employee engagement
- Prepare and present progress reports to the executive committee
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during development projects
- Prepare and facilitate follow-up meetings with clients
- Participate in decision-making meetings with the business development team

Profile With the following skills and qualities, you'll succeed in this role:
- University degree in a relevant field
- Experience in project management or equivalent relevant experience (minimum of 5 years required)
- Bilingual in French and English
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong interpersonal relationships
- Proactive, structured, and thorough approach
- Knowledge of Product Development Processes (PDP)
