In this position, you will have the opportunity to:
- Rigorously apply factory and health and safety regulations as well as all procedures in force
- Ensure the smooth running of production in your molding sector
- Operate various production equipment (presses, finishing tools and devices, lifting and handling devices)
- Perform product finishing and assembly operations
- Understand, master, and apply the quality criteria specific to each product
- Supply the production floor with raw materials and components using a pallet jack
- Help maintain order and cleanliness in the work environment
Want to get more involved? The following responsibilities may be offered to you:
- Adjust the molding sector plan according to priorities and the team.
- Prepare and safely perform setups on finishing equipment and peripheral devices (templates, tools, instruments, etc.).
- Performing production quality checks
- Transporting finished products to the warehouse using a pallet jack
- Participating in problem solving according to internal procedures
- Assisting the shipping and receiving warehouse operator (forklift operation)
- Shift: day or night shifts (4x10 hours)
- Salary: $23.81 to $24.35/hour
- Shift premium: $2/hour for night shifts

ProfileWith the following skills and qualities, you will be successful in this role:
- Experience in manufacturing production
- Ability to read, write, and communicate in French
- Ability to work manually and physically (hot environment in summer)
- Knowledge of or willingness to learn how to measure using metrology tools (e.g., vernier caliper)
- Ability to use basic computer tools
- Knowledge of or desire to operate lifting equipment (overhead crane, manipulator)
- Rigorous and well-coordinated at work
- Ability to adapt to change
