In this position, you will have the opportunity to :
- Supervise, organize, and control production activities in order to achieve performance objectives
- Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance and optimization of automated industrial equipment
- Work closely with the maintenance team to monitor interventions
- Effectively manage the plant's human and material resources
- Ensure compliance with production and finishing priorities.
- Actively participate in continuous improvement and maintenance projects
- Promote and ensure health and safety in the workplace by acting as an ambassador for best practices
- Supervise, train, and motivate team members
- Foster a positive work environment and harmonious relationships
- Ensure compliance with established procedures, standards, and methods
- College diploma (DEC) or university degree in industrial engineering, Mechanical engineering, electromechanical engineering, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a supervisory role in an
- Industrial or manufacturing environment
- Proficiency in automated production systems
- Knowledge of occupational health and safety standards
- Experience in personnel management and continuous improvement
- Fluency in spoken and written French
- Good command of production management (ERP), Microsoft Office suite and maintenance (CMMS) software
