In this position, you will have the opportunity to:
- Assist with various activities related to product launches.
- Improve and optimize the productivity, efficiency, and profitability of industrial operations.
- Document work methods, including technical documents, control checklists, and technical reports.
- Train personnel on new work practices and methods.
- Perform test analyses (efficiency rates, scrap analysis, and identification of occupational health and safety risks).
- Implement technological changes and ensure follow-up.
- Contribute to identifying and resolving technical manufacturing issues.
- Map business processes and contribute to their optimization.
- Map the value stream, identify waste, and detect non-value-added activities.
- Analyze process failures and recommend solutions.
- Education: Technical DEC or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or another relevant diploma
- Required experience: Minimum of 4 to 6 years in a related field
- Experience in project management
- Ability to read technical drawings
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing ERP systems
- Knowledge of geometric tolerancing and lean manufacturing
