As a Mechanical Engineer, you’ll be responsible for projects from A to Z, from material selection to implementing the concepts you design. Your role? Take ownership, coordinate, and manage every stage with rigor, while providing your technical expertise to continuously improve our practices. In this role, you will have the opportunity to:


  • Conduct studies, research, and analyses required for assigned projects
  • Develop concepts and validate them through research and engineering calculations
  • Design and develop projects using computer‑aided design (CAD) software
  • Ensure effective communication between stakeholders and the organization
  • Manage engineering projects: needs analysis, design, procurement, manufacturing supervision, installation, and production start‑up
  • Act as a technical expert by providing engineering guidance to employees to support continuous improvement
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, quality, and environmental standards
  • Identify root causes of equipment failures
  • Provide engineering expertise across projects
  • Approve and seal plans, specifications, and technical documents as part of engineering work

Profile

With the following skills and qualities, you will succeed in this role:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, combined with more than 5 years of experience in mechanical engineering within a manufacturing environment
  • Proficiency with AutoCAD and SolidWorks software
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Knowledge and experience in machine safety
  • Strong ability to take full ownership of projects and ensure proper follow-up
  • Ability to clearly explain technical concepts to employees
  • Ability to speak and read English (3/5)
  • Knowledge of the MS Office suite
