In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
- Support production in adjusting and commissioning thermoforming and router processes.
- Actively participate in the introduction of new products.
- Implement safe working methods based on industry best practices.
- Participate in continuous improvement projects (PVA, SMED, 5S, Kaizen, etc.).
- Analyze and optimize processes to improve productivity and reduce waste
- Participate in risk analyses of equipment and workstations
- Work closely with production, planning, engineering, and other teams
- You have a college diploma in mechanical engineering, plastics engineering or equivalent experience.
- You have 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar position
- Experience in plastics processing.
- Experience in thermoforming.
- Knowledge of CNC routers.
- Knowledge of Fusion 360, SolidEdge, Rhino 7.
