Your main role? To maintain and improve the production launch processes for new products-a stimulating challenge that matches your expertise!
In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to:
- Identify, plan, and monitor the implementation of deliverables to ensure the production launch of assigned products
- Identify and provide the tools necessary for the production launch of new products or changes to the manufacturing processes of existing products
- Act as a manufacturing engineering leader in the product development process by ensuring the effective coordination of project-related manufacturing activities
- Provide manufacturing engineering input during design reviews to ensure that developed products are manufacturable (quality-compliant, efficient, and safe)
- Collaborate with and involve the production team in the development of industrialization projects
- Apply best practices in project management with a focus on operational excellence
- Ensure adequate documentation of project implementation stages in line with the product development process formalized in the organization’s quality system

ProfileWith the following skills and qualities, you’ll thrive in this role:
- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, industrial, or materials engineering
- Experience in a relevant position at a manufacturing company
- Strong knowledge of rubber processing would be a plus
- Interest in actively engaging in the resolution of technical issues
- Strong leadership skills
- Ability to organize, prioritize, and manage work
- Committed and accountable
